Mr. Hornberger’s practice is devoted to Trust and Probate Litigation and Trust and Estate Planning. Mr. Hornberger’s Trust and Probate Litigation practice involves will and trust contests, estate administration disputes, breach of fiduciary duty actions, removal of executors and trustees, modification of trust actions, heirship determinations, guardianship litigation, and Declaratory Judgment actions. Mr. Hornberger’s Trust and Estate Planning practice involves estate and gift tax planning, tax exempt organizations, and trust and estate administration.
