Cassie Garza is leaving HFG effective September 16, 2019 to accept a position in the San Antonio office of Wells Fargo. Cassie has been with the firm since 2015 and has practiced civil litigation with a particular emphasis on fiduciary litigation involving trusts and estates. This experience will serve Cassie well in her new position as a Vice President and Senior Fiduciary Advisory Specialist in Wealth Management for Wells Fargo.
“Cassie is an extremely bright and insightful attorney who will be greatly missed. However, I believe her skills and experience will transition well to her new position and we congratulate her and her new employer,” said Jed Williams, Managing Director for HFG.
After Cassie’s departure, HFG has 16 attorneys practicing in the areas of real estate, business and partnerships, energy and natural resources, trusts and estates and civil litigation. HFG’s litigation attorneys have extensive experience in handling lawsuits involving trust and estate disputes, including will contests and breach of fiduciary duty litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants.
