Jed Williams Presented a Business Torts Update to Bar Association

HFG&C shareholder Jed Williams presented a talk on recent cases from the Texas Supreme Court and Courts of Appeals relating to various business torts at the July, 2020 monthly meeting of the Comal County Bar Association.

Mr. William has handled civil lawsuits for 30 years and has practiced with the firm since 2001. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of cases, including Trusts and Estate litigation, will and trust contests, breach of fiduciary disputes, and contested guardianship matters. He has extensive experience representing corporate trustees in litigation and litigation avoidance.

Jed practices civil litigation with a special emphasis on trust and estate litigation.
